My Favorite Ladies
Here are my pencil portraits of some of my favorite, famous femmes.
MARILYN ~ LIZA ~ BARBRA
There isn't any one thing that makes up the embodiment of a star. However, those parts certainly include qualities of talent, appearance and that mysterious intangible which is identifiable only because so many millions of others recognize and appreciate them.
Classical lines, a smoky voice, creative and daring. Often imitated, never duplicated. Cher brings her devotees a unique form of beauty.
BETTE DAVIS & JOAN CRAWFORD
It seems only natural to place these warring icons of the great cinema on the same page. I had no difficulty in giving Bette top billing though.
Ya, ya, ya! We too want to see what the boys in the back room will have!
Marlene's sultry and sexy. And make no mistake...we may not have wanted to go to bed with them...but we knew who was sexy all right!

Singing and acting, on a trolley or over the rainbow, this amazing lady captured hearts like no other performer!
Sultry Greta, comedic or dramatic, always an award winning appearance!
A rose by any other name...whether she's playing Mamma Rose in Gypsy or singing her great hit, "The Rose"...no garden blooms a finer flower then our own Bette. Wild, crazy and campy one minute, dramatic and poignant the next, We loved her from The Continental Club Baths to the Hollywood walk of fame!
